Bachelor of Arts Degree in Safety Engineering
25 years experience in the safety, health, and environmental fields specializing in Construction Safety striving for perfection in safety by teamwork among customers, vendors, employees and contractors. Certified Instructor for OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour construction industry. Certified Scaffolding, Competent Person Trainer. Certified Asbestos Abatement Supervisor. Human Performance Advocate trained. Has had extensive training in the following areas: Mobile Cranes, Conducting Safety Audits, Conducting Accident Investigations. Scott has traveled worldwide providing consulting safety services as well as acted as an Expert Witness.
Past President of Quad City A.S.S.E. and received Safety Professional of the year award in 2001.
JEFF CHERAMY
Safety Consultant
Jeff brings over 25 years of experience in safety management. He has been responsible for developing, implementing and administrating all aspects of health and safety standards in the workplace; including pre-task hazard analysis, job site audits, employee training and customer compliance.
ETHAN TUFTEE
Safety Consultant
Graduated from Iowa State LAS with an emphasis in Occupational Safety.
Ethan began his career with MCCI in June 2014 after completing his degree. He has successfully completed OSHA 10 and 30, NFPA 70E. He is also trained in CPR/AED and First Aid.
In addition, Ethan also has experience in industry explosion, rebuilds, mechanical energy conversion projects, factory retooling, industrial shutdowns, and maintenance.
BRETT JEFFRIES
Safety Consultant
Degree in Environmental Policy and Planning from Kirkwood.
Brett has successfully completed OSHA 10, 30, and 510 as well as being High voltage and rigging trained. He has been with MCCI since May of 2018.

Operations Director/Administrative Assistant
Highly organized professional with over 25 years of combined experience in leadership positions including office administration, sales & marketing, HR, training, compliance, billing, and finance. Recognized as highly dependable with strong organizational skills, exceptional work-ethic, goal driven with proven success in obtaining targeted business results.

Training Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Kelli came to MCCI with 20+ years of customer service, mortgage banking, compliance, medical billing, management, HR and Medical compliance.
TRENT EYMAN
Industrial Hygiene Technician/IT Technician
Trent is our newest member, having taken the position for IH Technician in December of 2019. He has 10 years combined experience in Retail, Hospital, and Nuclear Pharmacy as well as Computer Science and Coding.
